All the things that are wrong with this car are basically generic E30 faults when they get to this age.

All i would be looking at is if there is ANY rust.

parts can be replaced, rust can never (without very deep pockets) be removed entirely.

I'd offer 1800-2k depending on body condition.

Spend 1200 on it and it will be sweet.

although if you have limited mechanical skills it may be a bit pricier

Based on a mint 318is, it has had a complete engine rebuild, and includes JE forged pistons,803 injectors, special turbo cams, Motec M4 ECU, Cosworth T3 turbo and intercooler. It produces about 300hp at 18lbs. It has aftermarket suspension fitted (Bilsteins from memory) and a Quaife torsen LSD.It has all the cert bullshit, and will be sold with a new WOF and reg. Condition is immaculate, and it owes the current owner over $30K so far!

Go figure.

If you want it done right, thats what it will cost.

I think Andrew also spent another good 10k on fine tuning, custom getrag 260 etc etc
