Getting the bushes out is the hard bit, I burnt mine out with a heat gun.

Getting the s/f out is a POP. Getting it back up in one piece can be a PITA

I found removing the T/A bushes the hardest part of all of it.

Nolathane bushes arent readily available but try www.bmw2002.com a few of us have bought from them (Including myself) they are really good to deal with and have excellent product.
