I have Racepro Arrow 2's in my E30 and have required no certification. I retained the whole stock mount/slider assembly and made so Angle Iron brackets to fit the Racepro mounts. Works mint and have never had problems with WOF or Police.
As long as the factory seatbelt mounts are used you do not require a cert.
P.S Try to use hardened bolts and nylocs when attaching the angle iron brackets, the seats should be as solidly mounted as factory..

It really sucks, he did so much in his life, I remember doing an assignment on his life in 5th form.
He also lived in Papakura where I live, hell theres even a school ~500m from where I live that is named after him.. He never recovered from the altitude sickness he had when he climbed everest, been hindering him for a while id say.

If you are only running resonators of course its going to be loud as f**k.
My advice to you would be to get one of the resonators cut out and replace it with a muffler.

When we were looking at it when I was in the shop we seemed to think that the boot one was for ABS
