  1. Check under your battery, if in the engine bay, the back of the tray under the rubbery heat sheild.. sometimes rusts through there...

There are some other threads about dash removal on here

Also there is a thread on a UK site, not to sure which one though.

  2. You don't need to be elevated to have a roof.

No sh*t, He didnt state how it was flooded and i was asking if the roof had collapsed as that seemed like the only logical expliation seeing as where he works is elevated and the water would not get up high enough to reach the doors etc.

  3. Alpinas could have been sold so who knows, i've seen it on chromes too (unless there is 2 white cabby turbos runnning round)

Yuh i seen it on chrome things like a week ago down by mission bay...

Andrew - you sure?? I have just never seen a turbs one on alpinas?

  4. Yuh graham is correct about the wells under windscreen wiper motors.... I have no heater and sh*t gets real wet.

Ollie, i may have a solution to our sunroof problems. Word is I may be able to get custom Clear sunroofs made from lexan that will use a different seal but still work badass. Also a good thing if your sunroof is rustored..

My sunroof will be heading to the guys shop when i get those lights off you, hes going to see how hard/pricing and let me know etc.

    Ill keep you updated.

  5. I have them to, 24mm front and 13mm rear.

Had an issue with them when they first went on, I too almost lost a wheel, when buying make sure you get the centrebore on the spacer correct and if possible get the outer of the spacer centrebored to the wheel. (If that makes sence) Id say custom spacers made to the spec of the wheel/hub would be the go (If you try to cert them they will have to be like this)

One other thing, just make sure you tighten the spacer on HARD. If it you are going to lose a wheel it will be the bolts holding the spacer on that will come loose. Try using a small amount of loctite threadlocker. (Just a wee bit)

  6. Did it look phat? I could imagine a silver e30 with gun metal flares and 16" tsw wheels painted charcole could look tough, hmmmm

It had 17" tsw 6 spokes

    It looked like absolute sh*t.

I Think the pink pearl in the orange brushed on house paint made it look even worse
