    320SHKBTE: will see you at mount over new year maybe? Look at the auckland cruises page, theres a bit of a do going to be happening down there on the 30th or so.

    But yuh Merry Xmas and happy new year to all. Take advantage of the festive season (ie drink lots) just dont drink and drive, we dont want anyone writing their cars off. Or themselves!!

    word... these things suck.... brings me to my rant... i got pulled over the other day for swerving 'erraticaly' on the road. I was dodging a big f**k off pothole. The cop asked if i had been drinking etc i said no i was dodging a pothole. he didnt believe me then went on to ask if i had been using any drugs. I got out of the car said to the cop;

    'Look f**ker, how many people do you give fines to per day, how much of that gets spent on fixing these f**king roads so that i dont have to dodge potholes every fifty metres?! Instead you dumasses go and stick stupid f**king lights on the motorway, that makes everyones problems even worse, go get a life. got in my car and drove off'

    Im sure he didnt like it but he didnt follow me anywhere. I just couldnt believe the cheek of it and had to say something. Have also seen people get pulled up at takanini for running a red light onto the motorway when noone was anywhere near and it wasnt even peak traffic therefore im guessing the lights shouldnt have been on.

    yuh, there is a thread on here dedicated to 32' 'ix's they were never released in NZ and run a setup similar to that of 4wd skylines as opposed to subbys and evo's.. still a straight six and as drifty said there drivetrains are quite weak. Transfer cases always seem to go on them. BMW had quite a good idea by doing this as 4wd hadnt really been dealt with in passenger cars in that day in age. They didnt exicute (sp) it as well as some of the other car manufacturers therefore never really carried it on.

    Dude that must suck so bad. fully feel so sorry for you! Have they already taken the car? Change the plates and say its not the same car if they havnt!!!! if it has different plates to what it had when i was written as security it will no longer be legally security. I guess if hey have already taken the car theres nothing much you can do.... cept pay the bastard a visit!!

    ^^ its an E30, as it says in the thread title. Ive also got a 320i, in my experience with it, no matter how much $$ you throw at these motors they never seem to satisfy. Ive done all the mods you speak of and am still wanting more. Do a 2.5 manual conversion then you might be happy :D
