Have returned to the fold having bought a low kms E28 525ee. The rear bumper is bent/ distorted. Not too bad but unsightly. Anyone able to recommend an Auckland repairer (Onehunga area would be ideal) to straighten it?

It's a relatively easy matter to fit the deeper lip if desired.

So long as you don't mind losing it at frequent intervals when entering/ leaving driveways etc.

How do I know? - Through long term ownership of an E30 M3 Evo and an E30 318is.

I usually run them with the lip removed!

It has the correct, original is front spoiler and lip.

(I was Marketing Manager at BMW when the E30s were current).

Have listed my E30 318is on Trade Me today. It's a very good original example.

Have a set (front & rear) of original BMW mudflaps in good used condition for sale to fit an E30. Told they are off a 1989 4 door 325i but the rears are not correct fitment for my (2 door) 318is. Listed on Trade Me (#457703679)

when i saw the first one i thought to my self 'wow a 318is there is only like 20 in the country', but 3 at once? i dont even think i have ever seen one on trademe before

Correct - (if they don't sell as a set of four I'll likely relist 3 of them individually for those who, like me, want the same sized spare). Tyres probably ok for wof but will need replacing soon.

I agree Left hand dirve to right hand drive means F*&K all, its all the same i have never had a issue other than hitting my hand into the door when trying to pull the hand break up when parking like said before its all pratices and i agree that changing it from stock will lower the value, BUT DONT GET ME WRONG THIS IS ONE F!@#ING NICE E30 M3 ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE SEEN FOR SALE IN THE LAST 2years

I used to own this M3 evo and sold it nine years ago. I can't see where anyone could have spent a "fortune" on it as it was genuinely mint and hasn't covered many 000kms since. This was a tourist delivery vehicle when new.
