to give you an idea, i paid 450 all up for a place here in chch who do this a lot, to paint and polish my 3 piece wheels, so they take the tyres off, pull wheels apart and then do them, 30 bolts per wheel!! Id say if the place was half reasonable it'd be for your wheels no more than 200 bucks??? at the most? Cheers, also those wheels look cool just painted real dark grey in the middle and left on the dish- may be cheaper and look cool! or do it yaself for 30 bucks

did.does your car have air con, of so you can plug it into the air con fan power plug, there may be on there already, its by the passenger side headlight, and it has 3 pins, if there is one, wire it to this, one pin is positive and two are earth, i found on my fan (bmw fan though) that when one of the earths is earthed fan goes slow, when both are earthed fan goes fast - excellent for traffic in summer!! anyway, there is heaps of space in front of radiator so yeah, chuck it there.

Funny, so many people with e30s try to get rid of power steering and air con... lol swap your car! power steering rack easy to find on trade me, air con.. not sure i chucked mine out sorry!

maybe relay?? have had issues with my e30 before and it just comes and goes.. not this bad though, in the e30 the relays are behind the glove box. cheers only other thing i can think of is faulty switch contacts , the wiring shouldnt be a problem but maybe loose/damaged but doubt it.

no but they have slow engines which are hard to get power out of without spending piles of money, sure they go ok, but for decent power a 325, 2.5 motor will be a lot better. 318s are just as heavy so arent much better or worse???!
