7 7 times you have posted this topic 7 times you have been told the same thing and 7 is just a rough guess. i wasnt going to be bothered looking it up. since petrol is so expensive, and since a racecam will make no noticeable difference except in increasing your fuel consumption and make you sound funny at idle, why not save it buy a normal cam even if it is the same price, save your fuel money and spend it elsewhere somewhere where you may feel a difference like a higger diff ratio or something?

Hey Guys. As some of you know, I sold my recaros a while back, was interested in getting buckets and a cage but have since decided against it (really regret my hastiness now). It has been really difficult to find some for my E28 but I have a a possibility in getting some automatic ones out of the U.S. My car was originally fitted with manual recaros so I was just wondering if anyone could point me into the right direction as to what is involved in installing automatic ones into the car. you may be surprised that by using the search function all your answers may magicaly appear...... WOW! the magic of search IMo no point getting a lumpy cams - you will get no noticeable performance out of it, spending more money than required and on top of that you will idle funny. if you are so concerned about your money then dont bother with the lumpy cam and with any money you save spend it elsewhere - place you will notice it.
