talk to tim (bumpstop325) he will do it for you for a very reasonable price...the pedal box is very frustrating when you don't know how to do it...i kicked myself when tim explained what i needed to have done..its not actually that hard. if you need another diff Abby has a manual one if you need it which i dont think she needs

the z3 m lever is round $125 ish...the z4 3.0 is round $140 i chose the z3 one has it has the longest length beneath the ball in the lever, whilst still having a good length above it ( so that its closer to the steering wheel) the z4 lever would prob be about the same throw, but have the knob lower down....which is cool but not what i wanted i heartily recommend a short shift...makes a huge difference and is loads of fun

i do it on the oil service lights...works out about every 7k or so for me....personally i felt that my engine improved changing from magnatec 10w-40 to ELF 20W-50.....helps seal the piston rings better...also means i can afford to change oil more often....i could be wrong but clean oil is good oil!
