Been searching through Google and cant find any info on what id like to do. Im no technical whiz but im sure its possible. Just wondered if anyone might have any knowledge that could help me. So when I switch my sidelights on, the little orange ambient interior lights in the roof come on along with all the dash lights. What Id like to do is to have a switch that turns these on without activating the exterior front sidelights and rear lights. Hope that makes sense. Anyone done or seen anything like this?

Looking to get my windows tinted but I want the best possible job with the best materials. Any places that people would recommend/avoid in Wellington? Cheers

Yeah shadow chrome looks much smarter and as my car is grey in colour it certainly looks the best combo i reckon. I saw some for sale the other day but they were only 17's and chromed. Would have looked terrible. Thats the problem with these, they are really rare. I found a place called the tyre clinic in Wellington and they reckoned they would have it back to 98% which by looking at just how big the flat spot was, was a suprise to hear! Happy days though, I can get my wheels fixed and dont have to worry about trying to source exact replacements.

Ho... lee... sh*t! Maybe it'll be best in the long run if I try to find the wheels instead. Thats a scary prospect... Ive got M5 wheels like these in 18's but they arent staggered. Only for use on a road car. Its not a massive deal. Was just seeing what the options were... Cheers guys

Just want to know the general consensus on wheel spacers? Im thinking of getting some for my back wheels to get the wider stance but I dont want to affect anything, handling, safety or otherwise by doing so. I love the look of staggered rims but if I can achieve a similar appearance result by using spaces then thats fine for me. What say you?

Im looking at updating my interior and wondered how easy it would be to swap my older style small screen radio unit to the later widescreen model? Mine has TV but no satnav. is it a straight swap or is it a lot of messing around? Also if someone has one for sale let me know....

So my GF managed to clip a kerb hard the other day and has put an almighty flat spot in one of my wheels. As another of the wheels has a flat spot from a previous owner I figured I should try and replace the whole set. Only problem being is that these wheels seem quite hard to come by and mine look a little darker in colour than most. Id ideally like to get exact replacements as it really goes with the colour of my car (gunmetal grey) Im looking for this M5 style wheel and failing that id be interested in the schnitzer style wheel. Have the be 18's though.... staggered or not, doesnt really bother me. If anyone could help me out id be forever gratefull! Cheers

Yeah man that looks fantastic! I would love to do the same to my plain old black interior. There is a black ex-UK E39 on trademe and has been for a while (due the the owner not being able to get over the fact the car was worth over 100k when new and wants wayy too much for it now) and it looks the dogs bollocks! So whats the best way to get round this? Ive heard about VPN subscriptions from places with ethical internet and comms laws, I.E, Sweden, Iceland etc. Just havent looked into yet. Whats the best and easiest way?

This morning on my way to work my speakers on the right side of the car cut out when going round a right hand bend. Came back on again a few seconds after levelling out. Very strange.... I just wondered if anyone had had something like this before who if anyone might be able to impart some knowledge as to what could be causing it before I rip apart the door panels and go wire hunting.

Any pictures of the wheels on a car? Would be good to see how good/bad the chrome looks.
