QuickSilver 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2007 (edited) Ok, i just replaced my accelerator cable, the old one was really dodgy, and was wondering, because it was dodge i think it wasnt pulling as far, because when i cahnged it, my pedal would pull the new (non dodgy) cable much further, it now changes gears down at the right places, revs to about 6000rpm, and accelerates MUCH beter, stupid question, but could this in any way be a bad thing??? Andrew 30 Report post Posted June 6, 2007 No - You can't open the throttle any more than it will mechanically open (and if you could it would start to close)
