Our friends over at CarMagazine got a chance to spend a little one-on-one time with the new 2008 BMW M3. Watch as Ben Barry tells you how the M3 feels from the driving seat. He’ll talk you through the gear change, steering feel, and you can listen to the all-new 414bhp V8 shriek. It’s the closest you’ll get to the E92 M3 coupe before it goes on sale in September.

Sounds like a good wagon. The presenters a complete bore though. I could do way better then him. He didn't even crack a grin during the drift. Tosser.

Everything about it is awesome, that presenter is an idiot, he didnt even show the least bit of excitement, how did he get that job ?

To be honest ... I am not surprised ....

BMW AG invited major car magazine journalists from around the world to review the new E92 M3 last week at a Spain track and mountain roads ... Virtually all came away underwhelmed by the new car ... disappointing ...

Yeah but are they comparing it to the old m3 or roadsers .. thats what the CSL is for. The m3 is not the sports car it once was .. its there to compete with audi's round town rocket rs4.

The 135 / m1 (if they make it) will be the new e30 play car everyones wanting.

Well, I'd be happy to have one.

Considering the E39 M5 got 300kW from 5 litres. And that was an awesome car.

I struggle to believe that more power from a smaller engine in a lighter car can be all bad.

Twice the Engine and Twice the Power of the first M3. The E30 M3 is still one of the best looking and goes bloody well.

I cant wait for the Top gear episode that shows the m3 vs the RS4 ... is going to be a lol fest at the bardge of 'safe' understeer that is Audi. The audi will probably be quicker off the line grip wise, but the m3 will have around 100-150kgs less weight so will make good gains in second and most likely win on the old qauter mile.

sh*t Erron your everywhere. I was getting bored by the dry balls journalist. Cant wait to see the Top Gear review. They are the only ones that make it exciting.
