I vote AC Schnitzer. Always liked there kits and wheels.

well, depends. Kits: Schnitzer, Wheels: Hamann and Alpina (some Mteck onse are nice to). Engine and stiff: Dinan and Hartge

Alpina because of their attention to detail. Their cars seem most complete and finished.

Edit: Oh and for the absoluely best wheel design of all time. Hartage wheel design FTL. ACS pretty tite here aswell esp there Type IV's.

have to be hartge , e34 5 series best looking kit ..

also did some pretty wild conversions .

e30 with M88 .

1 series with M60 v8

tunned V12's in 8 etc

380 HP 335i? the e39 v8 E46? or the Z4 with the same? they got balls!

ACS used to be cool, back in the day. they do some ok stuff now i suppose

the question is, who IS, not who WAS

alpina used to be cool as well, with the e30s. but their new cars are kinda soft, and they all auto! (i do like their supercharged v8 e60 though)

if this is purly e30 based its not made out to seem that way.

anyways my fav would have to be AC Schnitzer as they made works of art such as this wee beastie

the e36 m3 CLS and yes it is ment to be cls not csl

so wish mine was one of these bad boys gotta love those box guards.
