jpp 0 Report post Posted September 7, 2007 Sex. Only extra thing I think would be a small tint strip on the top windscreen. But either way, still very hot!

bravo 35 Report post Posted September 7, 2007 (edited) Very R3V Almost. Missing black kidney. Agree though - looking absolutely tits. Tints are darker than I'd do on a white car though, a smoked look would've been better, but thats all opinion. m_power 0 Report post Posted September 7, 2007 Cheers for comments guys. Yeh tints were darker than i wanted to go but Tint-a-car had a special on for $170 tints all round at 35% only so jumped on opertunity. Been thinking of blacking grille but can not get myself to do it.

bravo 35 Report post Posted September 7, 2007 r3v = r3vlimited - american e30 forum. there is quite a distinct style of e30 owned by the r3v crew. yours is very much in that style. Generally speaking its a compliment.

jjs 64 Report post Posted September 8, 2007 Almost. Missing black kidney. I cannot understand this... The chrome kidneys are part of BMW heritage and is the one common thing across a huge range of models.

All comes down to the "personal preference" claim- But personally I think blacked out grills would look total arse on this car, as it's not really going for the pimp spec or baddass gansta lean thing as far as I can see- f**k I love your car beau. m_power 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2007 Yeh some E30's suit the blacked out grille but i dont think thee IS would.

I meant it is missing it for the r3v look, not that he needs to do it. I don't understand your point either, the people modify their rides aesthetically is because they want to change or augment the factory style. Certainly NOT so it looks like every other BMW on the road??? And blacked out doesn't mean invisible. You can see it clearly, just its not chrome. BTW, (Emma especially), go have a look at the cars on r3v with blacked grills. Very few have a gangsta, whatever you said, look. Its certainly not for every vehicle or every owner.
