Cale 36 Report post Posted September 18, 2007 Yeah, not really a way I would want to go. Would rather spend that money on a ///M model Bimmer. Fair enough though.

Nobimmer 694 Report post Posted September 18, 2007 I'd rather see that motor in a mazda or a toyota. I'm all for rotor's and have owned a few rangi-modded old school toyotas and mazdas but I really would rather see an E30 with a BMW motor than a rotor. My view, but still a tidy conversion. my_e36 43 Report post Posted September 21, 2007 Noob question... What's the advantage of going to Rotary engine? (Other than being smaller, lighter and presumably lower centre of gravity which all goes to handling) I thought most BMWs are 50-50 distribution, so by having something lighter in the front, wouldn't that upsets the balance? Cause its different. Its loud as fork, and if done nicely, pretty damn sexcay!
