m325i 709 Report post Posted October 8, 2007 (edited) My car has some sort of (high quality) JDM muffler on it? Its loud, nice note, but as loud as any 'loud' subaru. Its good when boosting, but droney, and shakes my whole house when in the garage. I got one of these for it. It is a dream. It has made a massive difference. You can actually hear engine/turbo/wastegate with an exhaust note. The car actually drives a whole lot better. Down low there is better pick up, and full boost comes up quicker. (More back pressure?) If you push it all the way back in the muffler, you can't see it. If you have a 'rice' muffler, i recommend trying one of these in it.
