If it bothers you (it bothers me) just report it to trademe as being for sale as no reserve, but withdrawn, on multiple occasions. It's abusing the auction system.

I put the genuine 3k bid on in attempts to restore it to its former glory. He'll probably he'll withdraw it again and if that the case will report him. I was bidding on this when it was 1st listed in Wellington by the previous owner, reserve was 3.5k then. Cost a bit to fix the mutilations.
