last owner before used to go from his wellsford farm to his tauranga batch quite often .

just spent the day at puke race track on friday afternoon .

a bit of a thrash around for its up and comming half million K birthday.

210km/h down the back straight then hard on the brakes .

a lot of fun .

no my 535 is just a baby only about 240,000Ks runs as smooth as still.I have done more ks than any other owner though,about 20 k a year since i have had it.

Sorry to bring up a semi old thread, but looking at carfax today...

Turns out about 9-10 years ago some bugger wound my odo back about 90000 MILES!!! its currently at 142000 MILES...

So yeah, definately over 300000km... :(

Would explain why its smoky and runs like arse

my levin will proabably beat the bmw though

haha well my 325i has done 286 000 kms, ive just had to drive my levin for the last 6 months due to a prang

i wonder if any one on here has done 300 kmh!? in any of their cars, just out of curiousity

That's still only 320 odd thousand k's mate - and you KNOW you'll never catch up, look how much you drive it!! ;)

Not having a dig but couldn't care less about your toyota sorry :) Must be some kinda other forum for that

But seeing as you have a BM I guess we'll have to let you off! ;)

There are at least 3 of these on the site. Apparently there were 7 540is's sold new in NZ plus the one 540LE. I've seen 3 others either around or for sale from time to time. Less than 250 RHD ones manufactured so not bad to get a few in NZ.

As for what they're worth? Mine's worth a lot to me - can't speak for price, it's pretty subjective.
