cainchapman 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2008 If that was a 220vac 3 phase box, it is an American designed network. Ours are 415vac 3 phase. Try shorting a battery for fun! Can turn a spanner into flying shrapnel in an instant.

kiwi535 538 Report post Posted April 25, 2008 If that was a 220vac 3 phase box, it is an American designed network. Ours are 415vac 3 phase. Try shorting a battery for fun! Can turn a spanner into flying shrapnel in an instant. used to assemble Isuzu Trucks, was attaching the battery terminals, two big 12v or two big 24 v batteries.Had done the earth first(didnt do that again),was tightening positive, spanner just touched battery holder instantly welded itself to holder and before my eyes turned dull red through cherry red ,yellow and white hot before it melted and fell to the ground.
