BM WORLD 1283 Report post Posted May 5, 2008 so i will have to go through the manual conversion thing all over again . was looking for another e34 V8 , but settled on this e34 beacuse of the millage and condition etc . drive real nice , very tight , only shows 66,000km , sth african built ex japan , 17" alpina's , front and rear alpina spoliers , steering wheel , 255 and 235 tyres . stupid tv thing instead of a glove box . cruise control , leather centre console etc . very simlier to the other black one i sold with the hartge bits . Looks good... love the blue leather, and the TV is awesome, does it work? yes too many , lots of wof's and reg's , insurance etc .tv goes , but its only ntsc so only black and white with snowy pic and no sound (wrong sound freq) . BM WORLD 1283 Report post Posted July 10, 2008 (edited) yes too many , lots of wof's and reg's , insurance etc . tv goes , but its only ntsc so only black and white with snowy pic and no sound (wrong sound freq) . yes i know , hit ya knee when you jump in . is a colour crt tv but only has NTSC tuner so only b/w and with no sound . sorted the auto problem out , (was changing gears when it was design to do , and i dont like that ). so I swaped it out for a manual 5spd . used a e36 328i gear lever to shorten the throw distance etc . and manage to find a matching leather covered glovebox to replace the silly TV thing . fitted a large case 3.45LSD to replace the silly mid size 3.91 open diff. just need to sort he stereo out now .
