Thanks for the heads up, I'll go get one this afternoon.

I've gotten mine online, but recently found it at both a magazine store not far from the Square in Chch when I was there a few months back, and from Magazine City in Westfield mall Westcity (Henderson). So I'm sure there are plenty of other specialist magazine stores around. Both of them had Performance BMW also.

I buy my copies of Total BMW, BMW Car and (sometimes) Performance BMW from Borders.

Also, some of the smaller Paper Plus stores carry issues of TBMW... Whitcoulls only carry Woman's Day which is not relevant to my interests. ;)

Borders, Megazinno, MegaMags have them or be able to special order the upcoming issue.

Whitcoulls usually only have the local and Oz car mags.

Purchased this last week from the magazine shop at Sylvia park, was $22 and IMO overpriced for its content. Some interesting E30 facts none the less and a guide on how to fix the 5 series shimmy.

Also noticed the 2.7 build guide is the same as someone posted on E30Zone.

Performance BMW seems like a better publication and is cheaper.

Anyone know where to get it in Dunedin? I always look out for it, but haven't found it yet.

Usually a little over the $10 mark as others have said. I have the issue from a couple of years back last time they did a 2.7 build article. Would be interested to read any differences.

I just found the July issue in my local place and it was only a tenner.

But Ive only spent on hour reading this one so far and Im almost done, its so thin :(

They usually have the 'airfreighted' issues too, but you have to be fast to get them and they are about $18. Obviously the airports charge a decent whack on top because its not like you can get it from anywhere else is it !

true, Sorry it was air-freighted so it’s the current (sep) issue, I called and most bookshops have it for around $13.00 but it’s a month behind.

Penry, where is your local place in Wellie? I've found it in Borders, but for about $17! Ow! :o

While I'm at it, I always have a look around Trademe and second hand bookshops for old copies of BMW Car, Performance BMW and Total BMW, have never found any... anybody seen any anywhere?

For the cost of a night out you may as well subscribe for 12 mths, 57 pounds for this part of the world. If you like BMW's why piss around.
