Apex 693 Report post Posted December 4, 2008 Im not sure if it is or isn't i would guess it most likely is becuse its written at the top of the sheet. it does feel alot nicer tho to drive. To give you an idea of what the cam does to my fuel consumption with the old engine i was getting 550km per tank and now (RD engine) i will get about 470km. Before the tune i was getting about 440km thats a 60L tank of 98. (city driving) I havent taken it on a long trip yet but im guessing the difrence will not be as bad because the car wont be ideling as much. So it does.. sorry im a dipshit What does a stock 2.5 put out then? Nice looking car anyhow.
hybrid 1043 Report post Posted December 4, 2008 brake lines seems like a good idea. are the stainless braided ones off ebay any good? Not in this country unfortunitly as they are illegal. You can buy pre-certed ones from Race brakes or By'Gone Autos or Alert Engineering ... people have got ones from By'Gone autos for cheapest. They make a big difference to pedal feel and give it that connected to the car feeling.

JiB 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2008 Last time I was there Mal had a set in stock too. Ph 09 483 3991 +1 They're choice. I use them. Done a coupla events without issues. Good price too Though, if your brake lines are healthy, then pads would be better value for money/have bigger effect.
