E30 325i Rag-Top 2956 Report post Posted January 5, 2009 How much does it cost to tranfer a plate over? And who pays, the buyer or seller?? $600 with auto bid up to $
cage 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2009 Seller Pays for the Transfer.
briancol 3 Report post Posted January 5, 2009 Cost of transfer is only a few cents (you pay for a new rego label thats all) Take your old plates and the new personalised plate to a motor registration place and they will do it for you. Just one point with personalised plates, you should get ownership transfered to yourself otherwise the previous registered owner will still legally own them. This is easily done by ringing LTNZ and they will send you a statutary declaration which you fill in,. get a JP's signature and mail back to LTNZ. No cost involved. E30 325i Rag-Top 2956 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 You might want to lower the starting bid to generate some interest. No bids, despite the interest on here, would suggest you are looking for above the market price?
cage 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 Well to get a new plate you pay $800 thats why my starting bid is that
martyyn 2 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 Its not much use if people arent prepared to pay it though is it.
