Gavin is building his to go into the open class too. Rob's one is a fire breathing turbo road car. Apparently you can just buy engine mounts for this conversion. Can not remember who makes them. The aftermarket ones are around $700 to $800, depending on the dollar, and the Alpina ones are $unknown. The other option is to fabricate new mounting points, I'm looking at both at the moment.
