The revs just hang for awhile (and shoot up a bit as the engine becomes unloaded when you disengauge the clutch) when you change gear. I bet if you took your foot off the gas a bit before you changed gear it wouldnt do it. Yea that's what it does. It's kinda annoying but im used to it now.
