Front Bodykit Experiences

Recommended Posts

Hey guys im having trouble fitting my (zender) front kit for my FL e30, what is the best way to fit it ? is screws the only option ? doesnt seem to have any tabs that bolt onto the lower valance.

How did you guys mount your kits mainly tech 2 or facelift kits?

Pics will help.

It should bolt up using the bumper mounting bolts. But as I say pics will confirm.

Although it is PFL, with my Alpina one, I drilled holes in a spare valance I massacred, on the sides and put bolt and a nyloc nut through the lip and tightened them together, had two holes each side of the car and two in the middle/front. I have a pic somehere.

On the side wheel arch lips (kit and valance) you could drill holes and bolt

Urethane (or some awesome glue) along the top front

Yeah i was thinking something along those lines bt for some reason it doesnt want to match up properly without a bit of bending. it is an original Zender FL plastic front kit.

Hopefully it will look like this when its on (top photo)
