tiggger 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2005 OK I've another problem, I have 235/40ZR/17 all the way round. Last WOF they failed me because the front tyres rub on chassis when on full lock. Go see BMW, in the ETK there is a steering stop that you can buy (optional part for E36's fitted with Msport 17"wheels & suspension), I think they are ~$60. BMW POWER 2 Report post Posted January 18, 2005 Ok i was looking at the E36 before, and noticed that the grey skirt part sticks it from the inner wheel arch. If you want (but i wouldn't recommend) cut part of the skirting off if it rubs on that. I don't know about it, maybe if a person who knows about these things will read about this and say nah WTF are you on about Emma? Could you fabricate spacers to fit between the mags and discs, and if needed longer wheel studs to match?... would be hidden from old farts eyes at a testing station picking on you cos they missed out the night before.
