Wom 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 I received my lip spoiler yesterday (cheers Nick), so I thought I'd share with everyone what it looks like in case you are considering getting something similar and aren't sure about it ....
Mark 178 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 Did you buy a pre-painted spoiler? How's the paint match... looks a bit off in the photos but that could just be a trick of the light?
e30ftw 410 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 Looks good to me, But yeah that paint does look a tad darker maybe?
greenday-rulz21 6 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 Thanks for putting up some pictures mate. Yep, he bought it pre-painted from me. I can get them in pre-painted now. I got one for my car as a trial, and the paint matches absolutely perfectly. Even better than the M3 side mirrors I painted myself with actual BMW coded paint. What you're seeing in the photos is the boot looks to be faded. Chris can let us know. Cheers
Wom 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 yea pre-painted it's very close the boot is a bit dirty and a wee-bit faded ... it'll probably will look spot on once I've given it a polish

Wom 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 I compared it against my front guards as they were resprayed last year and it's a perfect match against them, so yea just a slightly faded boot which will hopefully look better once polished yea I really like it, just nice and simple, nothing over the top
Apex 693 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 (edited) Can you take more pictures, I can’t quite picture what it would look like from a 73deg angle looking down from the b-pillar. Looks good Wom, get a buffer on the red, and your lights, will come up nice Edited December 10, 2009 by Apex
Wom 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 actually funny you mention the lights I'm about to do the lights on my gf's pulsar this weekend as my practice run lol, so if that turns out alright then I'm going to seriously consider doing mine just a bit worried that it may be a bit too much red though
