Mate you do realize this is not an M3, its a standard 323i with the sports package, Snow mode just makes it start off in second gear it does not have 4wd. It really is false advertising isn't it, What if somebody bought it not knowing a huge amount about beemers thinking they had come upon a bargin. Under the profile the sellers name is "crystal" so anything is possible... Personally I think it is someone who knows no better that has been sold a crock by the previous seller, and is genuine.
