cliffdunedin 8 Report post Posted July 27, 2010 I'd rather spend that $50 on a standard lip considering they are getting rare I'd rather a "rare" item on my car than cheap "lookalike". Looks like just going to have to try get in touch with the original person selling them. the original person selling them??? If we could get standard lips for $50...don't you think everyone would have done it by now

sxctme 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2010 Alright, So I got this idea off some state forums, Apparently you can have quite decent Bumper Lips for around $10 USD = thats about $15NZD. Unfortunately that materiel is not sold in NewZealand or Australia. If we have 5 interested members in th is forum then the cost will be minimum, Then we are having to pay only $10 for shipping. The more people interested the lower the price for us. Limit will be 10. So let me know if anyone's keen, Thanks Anybody tried anything like this stuff??. Was thinking the rubber or foam extrusions may work? Probably wont look as nice that edging http://www.pararubber.co.nz/?action=list&category=2 Worth a try ? Shady 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2010 Bump. Anyone had any luck looking into getting some brought over? At the rate of people keen, it should be well worth it. Efven if someone just bulk buys sh*t loads and resells them once they arrive? I'd do it, but dont have funds to do this and then have people not want one after all. Who ever does the buying, make sure we all pay you first?

Lucan 196 Report post Posted August 8, 2010 These can be made from supplies from your local Hardware store. A group buy of paver edging isn't really necessary. Yongxi, we need pic as proof

cliffdunedin 8 Report post Posted November 15, 2010 I think that's because you used 3m tape on something the air is constantly pushing on If i recall the other forum guys used butterfly screws to mount it.

Was only following the sellers recommendation on how to mount it! Plus it was only a "mock up" as I said.
