My 325i is at the mechanics atm, so driving my brothers 320i, which has eye lids (fiberglass black) that i could ask if he'd sell it? since he's selling his e30. But would want to make more sets before sell.

DIY?

1) Fill in the grill gaps with polystyrene.

Mask over.

Draw the shape on the masking tape.

FG release over the tape (?) not sure if it'd be necessary.

Fibreglass in the lines until desired thickness is reached

2) Buy plastic edging from hardware store

Cut shape of eyebrow out.

Wrap with vinyl in desired colour. Or paint.

Apply with strong double sided tape (3M VHB)

and they were plastic eyelids - full length, not half like the 'glass versions.
