If you had to sell it tomorrow, $3 to $3.5k, or if you wanted to wait and see, maybe $4k?

This is taking market and condition into consideration.

my first thoughts were 3 to 4.There are many e34s around still in very nice condition,so the paintwork will pull it down a bit,Interior is quite good.

I think you E34 boys may have slightly overvalued opinions of what your cars are worth in the current market, remembering this one has done 233 ks, and the body isn't very tidy at all by the looks of it? I may be wrong, but depends how patient you are waiting for a buyer. Good luck anyway.
