Ben 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 PS, didnt pay tax or import duties.. What did it cost you for shipping? The rims are around $410nzl so even if it costs double to send them its still cheaper by $150+ to get them from USA Heres the link to one set Im looking at XXR 002 Rims
Docile 64 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 says shipping not avail to NZ.. and i mentioned 'at least' double. dont know about import regulations to australia but mags like that will surely be inspected and taxed here in NZ.
Forrest 35 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 Last time I was at CPA in Petone they had them on the shelf. Circa 800 - 900 IIRC
Silver Fox 43 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 If you can find someone who will ship them, get them sent individually. I get stuff sent over USPS about 10 to 12 kg boxes, cost me $55 US per box, standard rate, here in 4 to 5 days usually, never had any problems. This way your cost per box will be below the $400 gst and tax threshold.

_BRS_ 209 Report post Posted February 16, 2011 guesstimate around $900nzd for 2 sets of wheels (8) which included picking them up, shipping to wellington, tax and import fees etc etc.
twisted 45 Report post Posted February 16, 2011 How expensive were they? rough estimate? Compared to anything any seller over there seems to be able to offer, they're dirt cheap. Been given a quote for shipping a gearbox which is peanuts compared to every other quote i've had.
