Engine making funny sounds?

hi everyone, my cars started to make funny sounds while idling and possible while driving.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this sound?

bump. anyone got an ideas before i take it to get checked out? Just did a bit of research and many people online seem to have the same problem

A bearing is running dry on the way out. Sounds like altenator but go get it professionally checked.

The DISA doesnt chirp, it rattles badly at idel and when the engine revs it rattles like crazy up till about 2300rpm. Check my vid on it.

Hi Ive done some research into this. Get a new tensioner (looks like a bolt) and replace it. Its apprantly not hard to replace. When I get round to it ill prob do the same for mine. UK beamer owners have written a lot about it. Its not expensive.
