polley 916 Report post Posted April 4, 2011 Err, dosent the E36 one fit better? You need to cut the plastic off it etc, but the wires to the ecu are longer and allow you to run the ecu in the cabin.

Can do loom and ECUThe e34 ECU sits better and on the right hand side than to the left like with the e36. Also means i wont have to worry about the EWS and all that blah HELLBM how much would you be after for the ecu and loom? Cheers Jamie

Cheers Jamie The E34 harness is not long enough to put the ECU in the cabin and will have to sit in the battery tray. You will need to water proof the ECU somehow. Once you cut the plastic housings off the e36 loom you can put the ecu on either side.
