But this is local and to a bimmer fanatic so morally wrong - The thing what gets to me is where the hell did he get all that Hartge gear... I've never seen those decals for sale here and hartge badges seldom come up. (Now now, I'm not wanting them to badge my car with!) Just seems like a very odd brand to stick on your car.
