DrphTa 5 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 (edited) Looking to go bigger.. s50's have 'blue top' / 24lb. Where can I get the next step up? Are 36lb and 42lb too big for N/A? edit: or 30lb? Edited March 12, 2012 by DrphTa
thorburn 121 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 are you maxing out your injectors? or are you planning to do so in the future? What has your 'tuner' recommended? As long as the tuner can make them idle, there is no such thing as too big
thorburn 121 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 To add something more helpfull The s50b32 uses a 5 bar fpr Injectors are tested at 3 bar. So your injectors should really be flowing about 30lb.
DrphTa 5 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 (edited) Yea have read that Cheers. The new ECU, exhaust and intake may max them out. What hp are 24lb rated to? Edited March 12, 2012 by DrphTa
Jamez 2147483647 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 The new ECU, exhaust and intake may max them out. What hp are 24lb rated to? Really? I have a straight pipe intake and exhaust with an Autronic ECU and have never had any fueling issues. Its only ever doing track duty too.
hybrid 1043 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 Agree with james, You wont be going anywhere near full duty. Unless you turbo the thing or go extreme cams / vanos delete are running very high RPM. (which you cant really do on the stock pistons/rods)
DrphTa 5 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 Wont be needing injectors then!
