Pretty good 1/4 mile time. I can't remember who has the fastest E30 up here. I know Andrew has the slowest. 20 something seconds I recall.

Seems fair to me, a better intake, chip, exhaust mods and a good state of tune.It's 0.55 seconds slower than the 540 over a 1/4 @ 15.3

Andrew's car is nearly as quick as mine in the drag we had the other day (he was in 1st and I was in 2nd).

I reckon I can get another tenth or two with the race tyres. Maybe you need to use more of the right pedal Gus!

so need a good lsd now, but some people do say the open diff in a 325i gets the best ratio of spin and revs for gettin off the mark quickest. but not around a track.

my car seems to pull a bit better than all of the other 325i i have driven dont know why but it just does.next time i do the 1/4 im going to try running 15in tyres and no audio hopefully it will go as bit harder. whens the next chch meet for bimmers?

If I could afford an LSD I know i'd sacrifice whatever tiny (if any) gains when getting off the mark quickly for the far superior handling that they give.
