qube 3568 Report post Posted August 19, 2012 woke up sunday night to a broken windscreen while car was parked outside the apartment. seems like someone threw a bowl of cereal or sth and it ended up smashing the glass. with oats and milk splatter everywhere... anyways, i rang up a few places, smith and smith - $1050 novus - $720 AAA autoglass - $495 does anyone have any experience with any of these companys or recommend a different one? and no i dont have insurance as its not my car... sigh Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

qube 3568 Report post Posted August 20, 2012 ^ thanks brent, i already went ahead with that route.. turns out the guy just sources glass and appoints "fitters" to come round and do the job.. the guys from instant windscreen and tinting came over and got the job done in about 1 hour.. seems to be not bad... apparently from the $495+gst that i paid, $100 goes to the fitters and the rest to the glass guy Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
