Just bought my 1st Beemer today, any advice would be greatly appreciat

So today I just bought a used BMW 318I, everything seems fine so far, is there anything else I should look out for? I heard the computer system could be deadly if it fails and is there any simple slight modification a noob like me can do? still very new with the car, other than driving it like any other car I don't what else I can do with it, any insight will be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Never heard of 318i computers being 'deadly' and if it is factory spec then don't do anything to it. Adding some new sport springs would be the only modification that is worth doing but that is only DIY for the mechanical minded folk. Would love to see pictures.
