Allanw 1053 Report post Posted October 19, 2012 and... IF it only needs a starter motor, if you were the seller, wouldn't you pay a couple of hundred to fix it and sell it as a going car? If they can't afford fix that, the maintainance will be crap - there'll be heaps of other stuff that probably needs attention, OR it's a much bigger problem than they lead you to believe.
