I've got a M50B20 (vanos) intake from a 320i which now that I've removed appears to have significantly smaller "vains" that the M50B25 (non vanos) I have sitting next to it. Should have measured first. The ports and throttle wholes are the same sizes just the pipes/ vains to the engine. Anyone else done this and what model/ part number did you use? Obviously makes sense to use the bigger one, just didn't realise that the b20 had a smaller intake the b25, thought it was defined via M50 and M52, appears not.
