E36 Manual Conversion question

Hey was just having some ideas about converting an E36 Schnitzer to manual and was wondering if anyone has a general idea as to general cost/time involved/difficulty.

depends where your from and how much of it you can do yourself

I think about $2100 drive out from Hellbm a while back

Not hard to do yourself if youre half useful...google it...tons of info out there

Expect to pay up to $1500 for all the bits needed

I'm about to do my e36 328i soon.Brought a kit with everything I hope, biggest thing I'm worried about is getting half way through the conversion and realizing that I dont have a key part.Still cant decide whether I ditch the dual mass flywheel and go for a single mass lighten flywheel from UUC, but its a extra $1000.Also need to get a diff, may install the manual and see how it goes, have got a open diff atm.

Also thinking about getting the ecu remapped after the conversion mainly for fuel econ, again another $700-$1000.Will post the conversion in my new members section.

Swapping the flywheel will make a big difference...well worth it if u can manage the cash lol
