Looking to get my car remapped

Recommended Posts

Hey,

am looking to get my 335i remapped and was advised of 2 places to get it done - could anyone give me some feedback/references if you have had your car done with either?

I know Gavin at High Velocity comes highly recommended. Haven't done it personally, but others on here have used his services.

Live rolling road re-map is the key!

Dyno is the best. IMO.

Gavin's in Auckland, Basil Christchruch. I got Basil to do mine, did a great job -but have no dyno results to show though. I'm Chch, so that was the prime reason for using Basil's services.

I wonder how much more do you get out of a rolling road/dyno remap versus one of those OBD port plug in box. Often at around half the price if not less, they are tempting.
