Yeah, the rarity factor is there but ultimately it's an otherwise standard 540 that just happens to be stick shift. At those miles it'll be due some fairly hefty suspension work and a fair bit of preventative maintenance under the bonnet. Then again I am a tight bugger - perhaps other people would see it as cheap? The km dont really mean too much, if anything by 250,000 a lot of suspension, cooling system parts should have been replaced, unlike a 100-200,000 car which they may or may not have been.
