V8E30 18 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 I've been looking for BBS RS wheels for my e30, but am struggling to find authentic ones at a reasonable price. So I've decided I might just get some well done replicas. Does anyone know a place in NZ that sell BBS RS reps in about a 16 or 17 inch?

Check out these listings http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-...n-607660689.htm http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-...n-607659193.htm I just think they are bit pricey though, considering they are reps. I would personally choose ESM if I have the money to spare
e30ftw 410 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 You can buy the ESM's from ESM directly for half that.

e30ftw 410 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 Mine took little over a month. Depends what you buy them for to calculate taxes etc, Exchange rate has gone crap since I got mine last year.
cliffdunedin 8 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 Kiwishipping $104NZD.. + GST etc. That must be per wheel, right?
e30ftw 410 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 That must be per wheel, right? Nope, All 4 wheels via Kiwishipping sea freight.
albert72 0 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 (edited) So landed cost for a set of 16x8 (at US$195 each) would be around $1360. That's $1030 wheels + $120 freight + $210 duty/taxes (http://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/). Did I miss any other charges/fees? hybrid 1043 Report post Posted June 30, 2013 Probably want to make sure they're insured for shipping too for the money. FYI, these use to go for $999 at mag and tire direct when they came out. Keep in mind with rep wheels, they are pretty heavy as they use low grade cast alloy construction and don't do performance or fuel economy any favours. Mag and tyre still sells them at $799 if im not mistaken. decent looking reps, actually bought a set of 15x8 earlier this year. But they only do 15 inch, was really after 16's. Good point on the insurance btw
