Anyone able to supply annd fit this? mechanics quote was way excessive. turbolizard 38 Report post Posted August 17, 2014 Powerstop Engineering in Tauranga repaired my ABS module for about $400. The repair they do makes it less susceptible to the same failure in future so in that sense is better than a new one. Repairing the old one also means you don't need to program it to the car. Allanw 1052 Report post Posted August 22, 2014 I brought a brand new one for NZ$480, shipped from Maf-Shop in Germany. I can't remember the places I talked to in NZ, but none did any more work than the repair - ie they didn't redo ALL the connections to prevent failures of others in the future. Maybe the place mentioned above does? I spoke to BBA reman too - but they rape you on international shipping and don't let you have their "special" prices due to international shipping, and also may say your module isn't repairable, so they were a waste of time A US$99 special on ebay turned into about NZ$500!
