318is 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2005 If you are looking at only 'slightly' flaring - just get them rolled.
*RJ* 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2005 Believe me, they'll need more than rolling....

Jimocles 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2005 depending on what you have wedged in there you might get away with trimming the plastic tabs where the rear bumper meets the wheel arch. thats where mine rubs with a full load of ppl, just about worn it off now

*RJ* 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2005 Don't want to throw a cat amongst the pigeons so to speak but man there are some stupid comments on this thread. The wheels on the rear are 10" wide, designed for an E36/E46 application. They are massive wheels and need flaring - not just rolling.
318is 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2005 Need to get the rear guards on the e36 slighty flared Most people will be, at the start including me, replying to your 'slightly flaring' comment. Now we see what you want to do. Plasma cut and weld on some bad ass flares is your only real option. Not sure what flares myself, but a good fabricator could make you some to your specs. That would be a nice touch.
E30-323ti 66 Report post Posted November 15, 2005 It will be tricky tie-ing some wide arches in since it's a 4dr and you don't have much space to transition them before the door. Good luck, post pics!!!
E30-323ti 66 Report post Posted November 15, 2005 Besides, if you can fit 18x10.5" with 285/30 Hoosier on a E30 with only rolling/pulling the guards, I'm sure you can make something work on the e36!!

Cheers!
