NZTA - Regulations when changing the motor suspension etc.

Hi

I am going to start a project car , really new to this so wanting to find out what needs to be done in terms of compliance\cost when I change motor gearbox etc. for example from a 318i with an M5 motor?

My cert for E36-1UZ-FE V8 engine mounts was $500.

I just went overkill, 10mm thick steel plate etc. Bush style mount, but I'd used the factory style bushes in future.
