trottsky 24 Report post Posted January 30, 2015 (edited) BMW e36 328 Fenix alloy race radiator $220. Brand new, only opened the box to take these pictures, selling due to me not needing it anymore! Will fit e36 328 with the expansion tank on the passenger side of the car (I think early models have the tank on the drivers side), this comes as the radiator and expansion rank as one unit, it's a lot stronger than the OEM part. I can ship if you aren't from around here! (Christchurch) Cheers, Tom Edited February 4, 2015 by trottsky

trottsky 24 Report post Posted February 5, 2015 Na I don't think so, the coolant circuit layout is a bit different I think, you'd at the very least have to make up different hoses I recon.

I work at Fenix. Question time then Are these chinese cores or whats the deal? I have a chinese one that claims "40% more cooling than factory radiator" which I knew was bullshit when I bought it but I didnt expect it to perform WORSE than the factory radiator. Looking for something for the E30.. the factory radiator was fine, until the plastic end tank failed.
Michael. 2313 Report post Posted February 9, 2015 The plastic tank / alloy core ones are made from parts all over, Japan and Europe, assembled in China as far as I know. These are as good as it gets imo, tank mouldings are excellent and the cores are very well made on seriously expensive machines. Full alloy ones are made in China like the vast majority on the market - like Mishimoto and other well known brands. I've been going through and redesigning a lot of these radiators for them to make that factory makes some awesome products, it's a company with a lot of heavy investment which shows. These new designs are replacing a lot of older versions which are less efficient, later in the year I'll be doing a lot of BMW stuff again.
